Beckenham's cricket section is one of the best in Kent Cricket. We run three senior Saturday league sides with the first team playing in the ECB Kent Premier League.
We also have two sides on Sundays playing friendlies, so we feel we cater for cricketers of all standards – from the enthusiast to the clubs current star Kent Captain and England international Robert Key.
The club also boasts Derek Underwood and Richard Ellison as former Test match representatives, whilst the current 1st team squad includes three former England U-19 internationals.
There is also a burgeoning ‘ClubMark’ qualified junior section which provides ECB qualified coaching for 150-200 juniors and runs 8 league and cup teams at varying age groups, please see the junior section of this website for more information.
Beckenham Cricket Club is one of north-west Kent's top multi-sports and social clubs, set in the most beautiful surroundings which aside from cricket also offers Tennis, Hockey, Squash, Road-running, as well as an active social section.

The club is the proud home of The Primary Club, the cricket charity so strongly publicised by the late Brian Johnston and we also used to be the home of the June pre-Wimbledon Tennis Tournament, British Grass Court Season, the first ever hockey international was also hosted at Foxgrove ground, whilst luminaries such as King George and WG Grace have displayed their wares on our sporting fields.
For details on sections other than cricket please follow this link to the main club site. This site is dedicated to the cricketing denizens of the club, a more detailed history of which you can find on the history page.
